We are the English Ministry of San Diego Bansuk Korean Presbyterian Church, a member of the Korean American Presbyterian Church. Originally begun as a ministry to 2nd and 3rd generation Koreans,
Rock Presbyterian continues to serve youth, college students, and adults of all ethnic backgrounds in the San Diego area as a witness to the Glory of God in the Gospel of His Son Jesus Christ.

Our desire is to become an authentic community of believers who are seeking a real and transformational relationship with our Lord and Savior which not only transforms and renews our lives, but also the lives of those around us.

Our Leadership
Pastor Henry Kim became the new English Ministry pastor at Rock Presbyterian Church at the beginning of June 2009. He was born in Seoul, Korea and came to the United States when he was one (two years old in Korean age). He majored in philosophy at Calvin College (Grand Rapids, MI) and received his Master of Divinity degree from Westminster Seminary in Philadelphia, PA. He is married with two children, and enjoys sports of all kinds (especially tennis and sailing). His passion in life is to know Christ and make Him known. Get to know him and the other members of Rock Presbyterian Church as they gather together every week to proclaim God’s presence and power!
